Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager responsible for operational direction, supervision, quality control, logistics, and safety on construction and real estate development projects. Comprehensive management of building construction projects Noray Inmobiliaria Roca is looking for a **Site Manager** to join a company operating in the construction and real estate development sector. The selected candidate will serve as the operational lead on site, directing both internal teams and subcontractors. Additionally, they will be responsible for quality and productivity control, organization of resources, and ensuring site safety. They will report progress and incidents and act as the on-site leader. **What will you do on a daily basis?** **1\. Direct field execution supervision** \- You will direct your team as well as subcontractors. \- You will assign daily tasks and verify compliance with specifications. \- You will check whether work is being carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. \- You will be responsible for setting-out activities and verifying levels and measurements. **2\. Productivity and quality control** \- You will supervise and measure daily output. \- You will inspect materials and finishes. \- You will identify and report non-conformities and implement necessary corrective actions. \- You will ensure adherence to project timelines according to the construction schedule. **3\. Logistics** \- You will organize work zones and internal access routes. \- You will order materials and equipment sufficiently in advance to prevent shortages. \- You will manage tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other required resources. **4\. Site safety** \- You will ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures. \- You will authorize or prohibit high-risk activities. \- You will halt unsafe work and report any incidents. **5\. Communication and documentation** \- You will report progress and incidents to the Construction Manager. \- You will participate in team coordination meetings. \- You will complete daily reports covering personnel, machinery, and production. **Requirements** Higher or Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate in Construction or equivalent. Minimum **5 years of experience** on construction sites, including at least 2 years as a Site Manager. Experience in new high-rise building construction projects. Desirable: Occupational Health and Safety training course (minimum 60 hours). Upon completion of this project, relocation to **Madrid** may be considered for participation in new projects.
