DESCRIPTION An established construction company with a long-standing track record in the sector, specializing in new construction—primarily residential (single-family and multi-family housing)—as well as industrial projects and comprehensive renovations, mainly in the Vallès region, is looking to hire a Site Manager. We seek a candidate with genuine management capability—not only focused on execution but also on planning, control, and economically sound decision-making. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of one or more construction projects, ensuring their proper execution in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and safety, with particular emphasis on economic control and work organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Project planning: defining phases, resources, and timelines * Economic control: monitoring costs, deviations, and margins * Coordination of in-house teams, foremen, and subcontractors * Procurement management and supplier relations * Technical supervision of construction execution * Preparation of certifications * Resolution of on-site incidents (technical, logistical, etc.) * Monitoring adherence to the schedule * Direct client interaction during project execution We seek a proactive candidate capable of anticipating construction and contracting phases, making economically informed decisions, and coordinating on-site teams alongside foremen. Although support will be provided, autonomy and assumption of responsibility will be highly valued. REQUIREMENTS A technical degree is preferred (e.g., Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent), along with proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and—preferably—MS Project. Experience with ERP systems is considered an asset.
