Opportunity for a career development plan with biannual incentives for site supervisors We are looking for professionals to carry out electrical installations on large-scale projects located in Valencia. The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling and connecting electrical panels, installing mechanisms and luminaires, and performing all necessary electrical work. Proven experience in industrial electrical construction is required, as well as solid knowledge of electrical panel assembly, mechanisms, and lighting installation. Completion of the 20-hour electricity training course is mandatory. A license for elevated work platforms will be considered an advantage. A fixed-term contract with possible renewal is offered, with an intensive work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The salary for a First-Class Electrician will be based on the applicable collective agreement and is negotiable, including productivity-based incentives. For site supervisors, a mutually agreed-upon salary will be discussed, along with a career development plan featuring biannual incentives, paid travel, and provided tools.
