Management of materials, waste, and on-site safety. ### **Description** We are seeking a Construction Site Manager for immediate incorporation into a solid and continuously growing company. Responsibilities: * Carry out the layout of the construction site and its various work units. * Supervise personnel and their allocation on site (organization of work sections). * Schedule and plan medium-term (one-month) construction activities. * Monitor material deliveries on site, sign delivery notes, and maintain records. * Supervise both in-house construction work and that carried out by subcontractors and industrial contractors. * Implement the site safety plan. * Prepare daily site reports listing personnel and work completed. * Ensure maintenance of production resources. * Maintain cleanliness and order on site. * Monitor and ensure proper waste management at source and on site (where feasible). ### **Desired Qualifications** More than 5 years of experience in construction.
