We are currently **recruiting a Site Supervisor** for the **Barcelona** area to join a stable project, playing an essential role in the proper execution and organization of construction works. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** The selected candidate will work in direct coordination with the **Site Manager**, assuming a key role in the project’s operational management. * **Construction Execution and Planning** + Plan personnel, machinery, and material requirements together with the Site Manager. + Monitor material deliveries, verifying delivery notes and material condition. + Prepare daily site reports. + Supervise that machinery, equipment, and personnel meet the necessary requirements for carrying out works.**Team Coordination** + Organize and coordinate on-site work teams. + Communicate technical instructions, procedures, and best practices. + Identify issues arising during execution and propose solutions. + Promote a healthy working atmosphere and effective team organization.**Safety, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and Environment** + Supervise compliance with **Occupational Risk Prevention** measures. + Ensure proper use and condition of collective protective equipment. + Guarantee correct waste segregation and responsible use of natural and energy resources. + Apply and communicate safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
