We are looking for a **Surveying Manager (Technical Office)** to join us on **an upcoming linear civil engineering construction project**. If you have prior experience in infrastructure projects, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Analyze and study the construction project, drawings, and technical documentation. * Prepare detailed component drawings, quantity take-offs, and volume calculations. * Prepare technical documentation for field execution. * Support construction planning and milestone tracking. * Monitor productivity, progress, and technical deviations. * Manage project modifications and change orders. * Coordinate technically with site managers, foremen, and subcontractors. * Review as-built and execution drawings. * Provide technical support for setting-out activities and incident resolution. * Prepare technical reports and progress updates. **Requirements:** * Prior experience performing similar tasks in road/linear construction project execution. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (minimum 60-hour course). * Technical education in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads and Public Works), Technical Engineering, or equivalent. * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by the project. **What We Offer:** * **Stability**: In a pleasant and long-term work environment. * **Continuous Training**: Customized training plans aligned with your role. * **Flexible Compensation**: Transportation, meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare assistance, and training. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you won’t just find a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
