Position Summary: We are seeking a construction foreman to lead, coordinate, and supervise work teams, ensuring task progress and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Under the supervision of the site manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising work teams on site. Duties include ensuring task progress according to schedule, controlling the quality of completed work, and supporting daily personnel organization. At least five years of relevant experience is required, especially in residential building projects. Immediate availability is also mandatory. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00, and Friday, 8:00–14:00. The monthly salary is 2\.000 euros. The position is located in Dos Hermanas (Sevilla).
