




Cook with FP-Middle Grade qualification in Kitchen/Hospitality or experience in collective catering (schools, residences, community centers). Working hours: - Summer: full-time (covering holiday period) (one month morning shift and another month afternoon shift) - Rest of the year: two alternate weekends per month (from 9h to 20h); two Mondays per month (one from 8h to 14:30h and another from 15h to 21:30h); substitutions throughout the year (morning from 8h to 14:30h or afternoon from 15h to 21:30h) Cooking (preparation of daily menus, breakfasts, lunches (morning shift), snacks and dinners (afternoon shift)) for approximately 23 children. Menus and technical sheets are already prepared by a Nutritionist. • Temperature records; refrigerators and freezers. • Food sample control records. • Control of kitchen-related ISO regulation record sheets. • Maintenance and control of pantry. • Daily kitchen cleaning. • Hygienic maintenance of kitchen facilities. * Experience: 1 year as a cook in school centers, collective catering. * Skills / knowledge: - Food handling certificate * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (60 hours - monthly workload) * Other relevant information: IMMEDIATE INCORPORATION
