This CMS will empower our network of websites, creating seamless connectivity and exceptional user experiences. **What we are looking for** At Netenders, we are looking for a Ruby Developer Tech Lead to take charge and guide a team of Ruby Developers in the creation and maintenance of top\-tier applications. **Responsibilities** * Lead a team of Ruby on Rails/React/Native app developers, providing technical guidance and support. * Collaborate with other departments to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery. * Identify and resolve technical issues and complex challenges. * Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with best practices. * Mentor and train team members in efficient software development and programming practices. * Participate in technical and strategic decision\-making related to development projects. * Architect, develop, and maintain complex Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring they meet high\-quality standards. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer with a strong track record of successful project delivery. * Previous experience in a technical leadership role. * Strong Knowledge of MySQL/Relational databases * Know how to work with Docker containers. * Have some knowledge about software architecture and design patterns, they are important subjects you can make wise decisions on. * Knowledge of software development best practices and design. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. * Problem\-solving skills and the ability to make effective technical decisions. **Nice to have** * ElasticSearch * Memcached or Redis * Google Cloud Platform (notions and usage) **Our benefits** * Salary range : €50,000 \- €65,000 gross per year * Flexible start and finish times * 23 vacation days * ️ Meal vouchers for your daily meal * Health insurance * ️‍️ Exclusive access to our gym program for employees * 26 days of home office per quarter * Brunch every Friday! * Quarterly team building / afterwork * Nice office in the center of Barcelona * Pet friendly office We are dedicated to fostering a culture of care, proactivity, inclusivity, and excellence.
