We seek to incorporate a Product Controller into the Koala Bay team. This position reports directly to the Global Product Director and will work on cross-functional projects led by the Management Control Manager, contributing the perspective of the Global Product area: **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and preparation of purchasing budgets and variance analysis * Development and coordination of the campaign purchasing plan (Bl1 and Bl2; Bl3 and Winter) * Sales analysis and definition of sales strategy per campaign (analysis of purchase and sale margins…) * Monitoring of margin ratios for purchasing, sales, and distribution * Planning of purchasing calendars, collection structures, quantity and shipment analysis * Weekly monitoring of dynamic planning alongside Purchasing teams (Design and Manufacturing) and Retail Product * Preparation of stock and sales reports, compilation of statistics * Proposals for product management improvement through descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis * Advising Management on actions to address variances observed against strategic objectives * Development, coordination, and monitoring of various commercial strategies * Identification of growth and improvement opportunities to support purchasing strategy development * Pricing: Proposal of price adjustments during CVP to maximize revenue while maintaining margins within target levels * Analysis of different store types based on sales patterns, as well as stock management and ROI performance **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Double Degree in Business Administration and Economics (DADE), Economics, Engineering, or MBA (if not holding an ADE degree), CCA * Advanced office software skills, OLAP cube usage, Power BI; Navision ERP experience is a plus * Prior experience in similar roles; experience in the textile industry is highly valued * Strongly analytical, organized, and pragmatic profile with ability to handle data, orient it toward business improvement/evolution, and communicate information appropriately and clearly depending on departmental profiles * Sensitivity and interest in product will be valued * Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse profiles and bring out their best (Purchasing, Distribution, Retail, Visual) **Competencies:** * Results-oriented * Planning and organization * Adaptability and flexibility * Numerical analysis * Decision-making ability * Teamwork * Communication skills If you meet these requirements, we want to meet you!!
