This role combines technical leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to adapt to existing processes while proposing improvements that optimize testing efficiency and coverage. **Required Profile** * 4–5 years of experience in QA Automation, preferably in complex corporate environments. * Design and execution of end\-to\-end automation strategies. * Functional testing of Front End and REST APIs. * Proficiency in Playwright (mandatory). * Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Concourse CI, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions). * Experience in the financial sector (desirable). * Solid B2 level English proficiency. **Responsibilities** * Lead the execution of the global QA automation strategy. * Design and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable test frameworks. * Collaborate with development teams to ensure end\-to\-end test coverage. * Supervise and support junior profiles in their technical training and growth. * Create quality dashboards and present results to management and stakeholders. * Adapt to existing internal processes and propose improvements aligned with industry best practices. **Key Competencies** * Technical leadership and mentoring capability. * Quality orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. * Effective communication in English and Spanish. * Proactivity, autonomy, and collaborative working ability.
