Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead / Java Architect to lead the design and development of complex architectures from scratch, defining end-to-end technical solutions and integrating AI. Participate in strategic architecture and technology stack decisions At IT Partner Spain, we are looking for an experienced **Tech Lead / Java Architect**, capable of leading the design and development of complex architectures from scratch in innovative and highly demanding environments. **What will you do in this role?** * Lead the design and evolution of backend architectures based on **Java** * Define end\-to\-end technical solutions, actively participating in development * Work using **SDD (Specification/Software\-Driven Development)** methodologies * Integrate and evolve solutions with **Artificial Intelligence agents** * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing technical vision and leadership * Ensure good development practices, scalability, and software quality * Participate in strategic architecture and technology stack decisions **Requirements** * More than **5 years of experience** in Java development * Proven experience designing **architectures from scratch** * Strong technical expertise in **Java and backend ecosystems** * Experience working with **SDD** methodologies * Knowledge or experience with **AI agents** applied to development or systems * Experience in highly technically complex environments * Minimum **B2 level English** **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Software Architect * Knowledge of microservices, cloud, and distributed systems * Experience in financial or enterprise environments * Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities **Conditions** * Location: Based on assigned office and company’s onsite policy * Work mode: Hybrid or onsite, depending on the project * Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and skills * Opportunity to join high-tech projects with continuous evolution Location (Hybrid)
