Qualifications: About You You have: * At least one year of experience in a customer-facing environment. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. * The ability to empower the team. * Adequate understanding of English and local languages. You are: * Energetic, dynamic, and ready to lead a team. * Willing to lead and take on increased responsibilities. * Practical and comfortable assuming responsibility. * A team player who helps create an inclusive environment. * Service- and customer-oriented. * Passionate about fashion and sneakers. * Required to stand for most of your shift, plus kneel, bend, climb stairs, use ladders, reach, pull, and lift weights between 2 and 14 kg. * Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Occasional local travel required. * Noise level in the store must remain minimal.
