We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of **Regulatory Manager**, within the **Legal Department**, based at our offices in **Madrid or Málaga.**
**What skills do we expect this person to have?**
We seek a candidate with **6–7 years of experience in regulated environments**, preferably in sectors such as health, veterinary medicine, food, retail, consumer goods, or any activity subject to intensive interaction with public administration.
This role offers the opportunity to grow within an especially diverse regulatory environment covering topics related to **animal welfare, veterinary practice, veterinary medicines, administrative authorizations, inspections, and other regulated activities specific to the petcare sector**, while also participating in cross-functional projects with direct business impact.

**Key responsibilities include:**
* Monitoring and analyzing regulatory changes impacting Group activities.
* Advising business units on matters relating to animal welfare, veterinary practice, veterinary medicines, and other regulated activities.
* Identifying regulatory risks and opportunities, preparing reports and recommendations to support decision-making.
* Leading cross-functional regulatory projects and participating in the development of compliance frameworks.
* Managing authorizations, licenses, inspections, administrative proceedings, and requests from public bodies.
* Acting as liaison with public administrations and supervisory authorities.
* Supporting strategic projects to ensure balance between regulatory compliance and operational feasibility.
* Driving improvement initiatives to adapt the organization to new regulatory requirements.

**We are looking for a candidate with:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Membership in the Bar Association or eligibility for registration.
* Minimum 6–7 years’ experience in Administrative Law, Regulatory Law, or activities subject to administrative supervision.
* Experience managing licenses, authorizations, inspections, administrative proceedings, and interactions with public bodies.
* Proven experience and routine liaison with public administrations.
* Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business solutions.
**Desirable:**
* Prior experience participating in or coordinating cross-functional projects with operational impact.
* English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
* Master’s Degree in Legal Practice (Master de Acceso a la Abogacía).
* Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Advisory or Public Law.
