Driven by the purpose *"the luxury of living,"* we design to enhance people's lifestyles and generate impact on company results. **What Are We Looking For?** At LUV, we seek a professional to provide operational and analytical support to the Finance Team, ensuring accurate order, supplier, and online catalog management—contributing to product availability, operational efficiency, and smooth digital channel operations. The candidate will join a dynamic environment collaborating with design and project management teams, ensuring order, traceability, and proper follow-up of orders, suppliers, and incidents. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure alignment between product availability (purchasing/stock) and e-commerce channel requirements. * Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics to anticipate stockouts, delays, and incidents. * Manage and update product information across various systems and the online channel. * Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns based on stock availability and support assortment planning using sales data. * Act as a liaison among teams (Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing), ensuring follow-up and traceability. * Support purchase order management: documentation, registration (quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes), and supplier follow-up. **What We Look For In You:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics**, or related field. * Experience with **CMS and e-commerce platforms** (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, PrestaShop, or similar). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational and tracking skills. * Proactivity and a learning mindset. * Operational level of English. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract and full-time schedule. * Flexible start and end times. * 3 remote workdays per month. * Subsidized UrbanSport membership. * Flexible compensation via Payflow (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, training, etc.). * Your birthday as a paid holiday, plus December 24th and 31st! * Fresh fruit, coffee, and tea available in the office. **Why Join LUV?** * Professional growth within an international environment. * Be part of a studio redefining high-end design. * A demanding environment where excellence drives everything. * A high-performance team with direct impact on spatial experience.
