Travel between our locations is possible. **WHAT YOU DO** * **Monitoring \& Steering:** You take ownership of project controlling for our national and international projects – from budget planning to project closure. * **Sparring Partner:** You work closely with our Product Owners and Project Leads, identifying deviations and developing countermeasures together. * **Reporting:** You create regular analyses, forecasts, and reports for management and contribute to the optimization of our controlling processes. * **Interface Function:** You act as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Finance, ensuring that project invoicing runs smoothly. * **Process Evolution:** We are growing fast – you help us take our controlling tools to the next level. **WHO YOU ARE** * **Background:** You have a degree in Business Administration (focus on Finance/Controlling) or a comparable qualification. * **Experience:** You have already gained initial or several years of professional experience in (project) controlling, ideally in an IT or consulting environment. * **Analytical Mindset:** You love numbers, work in a structured manner, and keep an overview even with complex project structures. * **Tech Affinity:** You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and have no fear of exploring new cloud\-based tools. * **Communication:** You communicate confidently in both German and English – we are an international team (Spanish is a plus).
