Here, you will lead the design of tenders — yes — but you’ll also get your hands dirty validating technologies through PoCs, serve as the bridge to delivery teams, and act as our technological innovation radar. We don’t need you just to put out fires or handle one-off tenders; we seek a long-term relationship. We want you to grow with us, leave your mark on projects, and help us build lasting client relationships grounded in technological honesty and mutual trust. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education**: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields. (However, if you lack the formal degree but your experience validates your expertise, we value experience above all.) * **Proven experience**: At least 4\-5 years as a Data Engineer or Data Architect, actively engaged in data warehousing and/or modern data architecture projects. * **Data Architecture**: Expert-level vision in designing modern architectures (**Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, ELT pattern, …**) * **Mastery of the Modern Data Stack**: In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and technologies such as dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Fabric. * **DataOps Mindset**: Application of sound software engineering practices to the data domain. * **Languages**: Fluent English to understand tender documents, write proposals, and communicate with international partners. Native/bilingual Spanish. **DESIRED** * Prior experience interacting directly with clients (pre-sales, consulting, or direct engagement with C\-level executives). * Cloud or data ecosystem-specific certifications (e.g., dbt Analytics Engineering, Databricks, SnowPro Core, GCP/AWS Architect, etc.). * Hands-on experience with Generative AI (RAG, Vector DBs, LLMs). * Knowledge of Generative AI trends applied to data (RAG, vector databases, LLMOps). * Familiarity with modern web architecture to understand end\-to\-end integrations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Architectural Design & Pre-sales**: You will translate client challenges into cutting-edge data architectures (cost-effective, secure, scalable) to win key tenders. * **Storytelling & Solution Defense**: You will transform technical solutions into compelling business narratives. You will lead technical defense with clients, convincing both technical stakeholders of feasibility and business stakeholders of ROI. * **Advisory \& Strategic Hands\-on Engagement**: You will act as a senior consultant executing critical projects: client *architecture assessments*, technical consultations, and agile development of Proof-of-Concepts to demonstrate technology’s business value and impact. * **Bridge to Delivery**: You will be the link between "what is sold" and "what is built."
