UPM collaborates with Bitron in the search for a PLANT CONTROLLER. Bitron Spain is the Spanish subsidiary of the Bitron group, a multinational company specialized in the manufacturing of mechatronic components for the automotive sector. We collaborate with international manufacturers in the development and design of new products. We are looking for a senior professional for the administration department, reporting to the Financial Director. Based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for ensuring that the plant's financial and operational objectives are met through planning, analysis, control, and optimization of resources. This includes cost management, budget preparation, and implementation of corrective actions to improve the plant's profitability and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: • Preparation and analysis of monthly plant closing reports. Collaboration in the preparation of the annual Budget and strategic plan (5-year vision). • Monthly sales analysis and deviation assessment. • Calculation of production process costs, analysis of cost structures, and evaluation of variances. • Scrap control, warehouse stock levels, inventory analysis, obsolete stock control. • Cost reduction projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitoring of KPIs, productivity indicators, etc. • Conducting analyses on specific issues related to effectiveness and efficiency. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position.
