A passionate and collaborative team We are looking for a candidate to take on a Junior Commercial Management Controller role in Gran Canaria, based at our Escaleritas office. The primary responsibility will be to support the commercial team through data analysis, preparation of monthly reports, and budgetary control to ensure attainment of financial objectives—combining analytical and financial skills to monitor sales performance, profitability, and commercial KPIs. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of commercial management reports, variance analysis (budget vs. actual), and customer/product profitability analysis. * Support in preparing and monitoring commercial budgets and sales forecasts (forecast). * Monitoring of key performance indicators such as sales volume, gross margin, customer acquisition cost, and promotional efficiency. * Maintenance of product hierarchy, CRM management, and support for ERP/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP). **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, management control, or commercial analysis. **Minimum Requirements:** * Advanced Excel, Power BI, database systems, and ERP (SAP). **Competencies and/or Skills:** * Proactivity * Analytical ability * Attention to detail * Effective and interpersonal communication **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a market-leading company in its sector within a professional and competitive environment. * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * A passionate and collaborative team.
