Contract: Permanent Full\-Time Closing Date: 12/12/25 G\&L is seeking a highly analytical, detail\-driven FP\&A Analyst to join our international Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping financial strategy and providing insights that drive critical decision\-making across our multinational operations. As our FP\&A Analyst, you will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, build robust financial models, and deliver analysis that supports both local and global teams. You’ll act as a key partner to departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR \- translating financial insights into actionable recommendations that support growth and operational excellence.
