We are currently looking for a financial controller profile to collaborate in our finance/accounting department with experience in internal reporting and financial analysis. We are seeking a candidate with experience in preparing monthly reports, ensuring their quality both in terms of data accuracy and adherence to deadlines. The selected individual will closely collaborate in the month-end closing process, participating in the analysis of variances against budget and prior periods, explaining these variations and proposing action recommendations. Additionally, they will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly reporting and forecasts, as well as for developing dashboards and key business indicators (KPIs). They will also support budget preparation and closing processes, maintaining constant communication with different departments to understand the main drivers of the business. Main Responsibilities Accounting closure: \- Accounting reclassifications \- Provision analysis \- WIP (Work In Progress) analysis \- Accruals and deferrals \- Profitability and results by cost center analysis \- P\&L analysis Conducting internal audits: Financial and management reporting for the region: \- Revenues and profitability \- Comparison with budget \- Treasury \- Revenue and profitability projections for the region \- Operations Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience in management control / financial reporting. * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar. * Advanced Excel skills (essential). ERP experience (Navision desirable). * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. * Analytical profile, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and reliability.
