We are currently seeking a **Financial Controller**, whose mission will be to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department by preparing and consolidating the company’s economic and financial information, and developing analytical models and reporting tools to facilitate business decision-making. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Support economic control management in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts. * Create analyses highlighting actual vs. budget variances to identify root causes and propose corrective actions. * Support the preparation of forecast and trend reports with scenario analysis. * Prepare consolidated monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and comparative analyses. * Collaborate with the accounting department during monthly and quarterly closings, ensuring consistency and accuracy. * Design and maintain cost-analysis models by client, contract, etc. * Develop and structure databases that will serve as the foundation for financial simulation models (what-if). * Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior and financial management. * Verify the integrity, coherence, and traceability of financial data. * Supervise accounting data by ledger account to verify information quality, detect errors, and report them for correction (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow). * Participate and collaborate with economic control management in meetings with business lines and operational departments. * Support the preparation of presentations for economic control management. * Supervise and coordinate the forecasting process, consolidating financial inputs provided by Controllers from various departments for analysis and reporting to senior management. **What can we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Opportunity to join a solid and rapidly growing company. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hybrid model. * National Collective Agreement for Consulting Firms. * Category: Area 1. * Location: Torrejón de Ardoz, Av. Therefore, at Grupo Servinform, we regard equality and diversity as essential drivers of social progress, working daily to achieve this goal.** **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. * 5–8 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Management Control, or Financial Planning roles. * Solid knowledge of accounting and financial analysis. * Experience managing, processing, and consolidating large volumes of data (databases) to develop financial models and reports. * Experience preparing executive reporting and management dashboards. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience using Power BI for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. * Experience working with SAP (especially financial modules; CO/FI is highly valued). * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset. * Advanced English required (negotiation level – C1).
