Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Controller to supervise and analyze the company's financial aspects, managing accounting, closings, budgets, and cash flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Group financial supervision and analysis 2. End-to-end accounting, closing, and budget management 3. Coordination with the operations team We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supervising and analyzing the company's financial aspects. This is a full-time position based onsite at our offices in Ibiza, with the possibility of remote work from mainland Spain. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of group accounting. * Execution of monthly closings. * Coordination of closing meetings with the operations team (USALI). * Budget management and control. * Cash flow monitoring. * Preparation and oversight of all group tax filings. * Supervision of the accounting and administrative team. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in systems such as Dynamics 365 or Business Central. * Knowledge of cost accounting. * Extensive Excel expertise. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a motivated team. * Immediate hiring. * Full-time schedule. * Annual contract. * Possibility of remote work from mainland Spain.
