To strengthen our team in **Madrid**, we are looking to hire a **Financial Controller** who will actively contribute to business financial monitoring and performance analysis, participating in closing processes, reporting, and financial process improvement. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Active participation in the monthly closing process. Review of variances against budget and analysis of fluctuations. * Preparation of data required for internal reporting. Compilation of standardized financial reports for the Group in accordance with corporate guidelines. * Updating and validating data in internal reporting platforms. * Ensuring consistency, timeliness, and quality of reported information. Process improvement and operational efficiency enhancement. * Analytical accounting and business analysis. **Requirements** -------------- * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance and Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within controlling, financial analysis, or financial management. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and reporting tools. * Intermediate level of English.
