




Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to ensure comprehensive asset management within the Investments area, contributing to the technical and economic viability of projects and collaborating closely with the Investment Director. Your mission will be to **ensure** comprehensive management of assets within the Investments area, directly contributing to the technical and economic viability of projects and working closely with the **Investment Director**. **In this context, your key responsibilities will include:** * Managing projects and companies within the area globally, including technical coordination with partners and economic planning. * Supervising key contracts such as PPA, EPC, O\&M, and AM, maintaining relationships with counterparties. * Leading technical Due Diligence in M\&A processes, financing activities, and partner searches. * Defining the scope and engaging external advisors to ensure accurate analyses. * Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on assets during pre-construction, construction, and operational phases. * Coordinating with engineering, construction, development, and treasury teams to meet time, cost, and quality objectives. * Ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System guidelines (Quality, Environment, Safety, and Sustainability). * Guaranteeing secure financial documentation management and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR). **What Are We Looking for in You?** ------------------------ Requirements * **Education:** University degree in Economics or Business Administration (ADE).
