We are currently looking for a Controller Trainee to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis within a dynamic and international environment. What you’ll do Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing process. Collaborate in budgeting and forecasting cycles. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, KPIs and variance analysis. Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with the accounting team. Contribute to cost, margin and profitability analysis. Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting. Participate in the monitoring and reporting of different subsidiaries. Degree or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance or a related field. **Basic knowledge of:** Financial controlling and reporting Financial statements Budgeting and forecasting Strong analytical and numerical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good Excel skills for data management and analysis. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive mindset and willingness to learn. Good communication skills, especially when interacting with non\-financial stakeholders. High level of English is a plus. Availability to establish an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) is required.
