BNP Paribas Personal Finance employs 20,000 people serving over 20 million customers. **ABOUT THE POSITION** MISSION At Cetelem’s Digital Banking unit, we are experiencing strong growth and expansion, aiming to provide our customers with the most suitable banking offerings for their needs. We are a multidisciplinary Operations team where you will have the opportunity to learn how banking operates in a cross-functional manner by participating in various team initiatives. We are looking for someone passionate about learning and willing to work collaboratively — a proactive individual capable of learning quickly and adapting to the evolving needs of the business and the team, ready to assist and support wherever required within their administrative responsibilities. This includes data management, customer communications, or portfolio risk monitoring, among other tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate in managing requests and support the Customer Service team. * Support commercial campaigns by performing necessary reconciliations. * Collect customer information to respond to official bodies. * Manage mass communications directed to customers. * Coordinate request exchanges and partner support. * Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Digital Banking project.
