





Intress is looking for an **HR Controller** to join our team at our **Barcelona Office.** The selected candidate will report to the coordinator of the General Support Area. ***What will you do?*** * Prepare annual personnel budgets, incorporating legislative updates and collective agreements. * Analyze monthly personnel budget deviations and propose improvements to minimize them. * Conduct economic studies for new public tenders, renewals, and extensions. * Prepare budgets for grants and justifications related to personnel costs. * ***What do we offer?*** * **Start date:** Immediate—we're waiting for you! * **Contract type:** Permanent; this is a stable position. * **Working hours:** 38.5 hours per week * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 08.00 – 15.00, plus two afternoons from 08.00 to 17.30, and 1 day of remote work. * **Intensive schedule** during summer! * **Salary:** 1,824.40€ gross per month x 14 payments (25,541.6€ gross annually) * **Continuous training** whenever you want to expand your knowledge, skills, and professional development. * **A positive work environment** that is respectful and inclusive. ***You will be part of an organization dedicated to the social sector, where we believe in the integration of people in situations of social vulnerability.*** **Required academic qualifications:** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Labor Relations. **Professional experience required:** * More than 4 years of experience performing similar functions and tasks, preferably in the social sector. * Analytical skills. * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * Experience managing personnel administration projects will be valued. **Required knowledge:** * Catalan language level C1. * Advanced Office skills, especially Excel and Power BI. * Knowledge of payroll management software and labor legislation. * Knowledge of techniques to assess and improve performance based on indicators. * Knowledge of analytical accounting and cost accounting. * Financial management and control of operating accounts. **Other aspects considered:** * Familiarity with the social sector. * Strategic thinking within the organization and alignment with its mission. * Decision-making ability and autonomy.
