Flexible working hours and compensation At **PASTAS GALLO**, we are seeking an Industrial Controller to join our Controlling team, with the mission of supporting the financial control and supervision of budgetary and strategic plan compliance within the Operations area—focusing on costs and efficiencies to achieve objectives. Reporting to the Group’s Controlling Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Review and analyze analytical closing (P\&L Plants). * Participate in the preparation and monitoring of operational budgets. * Conduct monthly analysis of deviations in manufacturing orders. * Collaborate on strategic plans and other ad\-hoc plans. * Analyze provisions for the accounting closure of operations. * Prepare expense reports and operational area performance indicators. * Coordinate costing for quotations of new products. * Launch material cost calculation. * Collaborate with financial audits. * Provide support for optimal functioning of the ERP tool (SAP) and departmental projects. * Monitor efficiency plans, as well as propose process improvements to achieve efficiencies. * Participate in evaluation of new projects (organic and inorganic). * Support Plant Management in preparing ad\-hoc studies and analyses. * Participate in / lead improvement / automation projects related to reporting, processes, workflows, controls, and digitalization that contribute to optimal plant management. **What We Expect From You:** * Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * Passion for working in a team. * Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is desirable. * High level of persuasiveness. * Initiative and decision-making ability. * Proactivity. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Controlling roles within Operations areas. * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics or related fields. * Advanced user of SAP (COPA module). * Advanced user of Excel. * Knowledge of Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Statements. * Willingness to travel. **We Offer:** Opportunity for professional development in a leading company.
