In this unit, we are responsible for **ensuring strict compliance with accounting and tax regulations** of our affiliated companies. Additionally, we consolidate and standardize the group's financial and economic information, aligning with international accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles, thus ensuring transparent and efficient financial resource management. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY TO DAY?** ------------------------------- You will be responsible for supervising and managing the financial operations of different international subsidiaries of the Group. This role involves monitoring business activities at the local level, reviewing financial reports (Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Budget, and Cash Flow), analyzing implemented internal controls, and consolidating financial reports for the Group. Your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and consolidating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports from various subsidiaries. * Ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting and tax regulations, as well as the Group's accounting policies. * Coordinating the financial planning process and budget preparation at the local level (by country). * Analyzing and comparing actual results against budgeted figures, identifying and analyzing variances. * Reviewing financial policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of financial information. * Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. * Providing financial and operational analysis to senior management for strategic decision-making. * Supervising and mentoring financial teams in each country. * Fostering a collaborative and training-oriented work environment that promotes professional team development. * Acting as a liaison between global financial management and subsidiaries, facilitating communication and information exchange. * Collaborating with external auditors and other advisors in the review of financial statements and controls. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education:** University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (postgraduate studies or MBA will be valued). * **Languages:** Advanced English; advanced proficiency in another language is highly desirable. * **Technical/Functional Skills** + Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in multinational environments. + In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and general tax regulations. + Advanced skills in financial data analysis and management. #### **DO YOU REMEMBER EVERYTHING YOU CAN FIND AT SEIDOR?** * Our internal chatbot **DELFOS** that will help answer your Human Resources questions. * **My Personal Area**, where you can access your personal and professional information. * Our **language** platform goFLUENT * In **My Day-to-Day at SEIDOR**, you'll find everything you need to know; the document is located on the Intranet/Utilities/Documentation.
