Key Responsibilities: * **Preparation and management of reporting** for assigned entities, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of financial and management information. * **Analytical review of accounting closings and financial statements**, identifying variances, risks, or improvement opportunities, and providing actionable proposals to support decision-making. * **Definition, monitoring, and analysis of operational and financial KPIs**, aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives, ensuring their reliability and usefulness as control and management tools. * **Collaboration and support to the Accounting and Tax teams**, actively contributing to process optimization, regulatory compliance, and harmonization of standards across different entities. Education: * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE) or Economics**. * Additional specialized training in **controlling** is desirable. * **Advanced level of English**. **A proficiency test will be administered**. Professional Experience: * Minimum of **2 years as a management controller** in medium- to large-sized companies. * **2 years of experience in auditing** is valued. * Familiarity with the **Tagetik** software.
