You will be responsible for implementing and consolidating controlling processes, ensuring reliable, robust, and actionable information for management. You will play a key role in building a data- and analysis-oriented culture. **How to summarize your responsibilities?** * You will ensure data collection, cleansing, and validation, guaranteeing data quality and producing reliable reports for management. * You will participate in the preparation of the annual budget. * You will prepare forecasts and variance analyses. * You will provide economic and profitability analyses to support informed decisions regarding investments, costs, and margins. * You will implement management control processes: designing procedures, defining KPIs, and analyzing variances to ensure financial and operational control of the company. * You will implement measurement tools and methodologies, promoting best practices and training teams on data usage. **What we offer:** * The opportunity to join a strategic project with real impact. * Competitive compensation aligned with your experience. * An opportunity to grow professionally while developing the management control and reporting function. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in management control, auditing, or financial analysis. * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
