Flexible working hours between 08:00 and 18:00h. **Description** At Adalmo, we require a Controller to be responsible for analytical financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) that enable monitoring/analyzing ongoing business performance and supporting strategic decision-making aligned with corporate objectives, as well as developing periodic and perpetual internal procedures and controls. What responsibilities would you have? * Review and document the company’s operational processes to establish risk controls and redefine procedures. * Participate in and supervise financial audits. * Analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports and annual accounts; identify variances and potential economic improvements. * Identify and design activity control tools. * Plan corporate objectives; develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term planning. * Ensure all departments understand the importance of sound economic control; provide training. * Analyze and advise on strategic economic decisions of the company. * Analyze corporate performance results.
