Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Commercial Coordinator to manage suppliers, optimize costs, ensure supply continuity and supplier relationships, and guarantee business plan compliance. A passionate and collaborative team We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator with a focus on supplier management—excluding soft drinks—with a strategic profile across sales, logistics, and procurement at our Escaleritas headquarters. The main mission is to ensure timely supply, optimize costs and profitability, manage supplier quality and relationships, and guarantee business plan compliance, reporting to the Director of Commercial Management and Business Development. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of sales budgets, definition of commercial policy, brand action plans, and promotional activity plans. * Negotiation of purchase terms and promotional policies. * Maintenance of communication with sales, logistics services, and finance departments on matters requiring their involvement. * Monthly activity reporting for key brands and suppliers. * Supervision and coordination of the team responsible for data management and promotional activities. **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of 4–5 years in commercial areas, procurement, or supplier management. **Minimum Requirements:** * Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), advanced Excel and Power BI, negotiation techniques, and KPI management. **Competencies and/or Skills:** * Negotiation * Analysis * Effective and interpersonal communication * Organization * Leadership * Conflict resolution **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a leading company in its sector, within a professional and competitive environment. * Permanent full-time contract. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * A passionate and collaborative team.
