JOB DESCRIPTION* Daily material coverage review to alert any risk of shortage. * Analyze supplier requirements to detect and report increases or decreases. * Coordinate with logistics team for weekly material pickups according to release schedule. * Follow up on supplier deliveries to prevent under or over shipments. * Prevent line stoppages and expedited shipments at company expense. * Execute DMR, SMRR, reconciliation of accumulations, and parameter review in QAD. * Efficient communication with relevant departments and suppliers to resolve issues. * Implement engineering changes in coordination with supplier and engineering department. * Ensure application of the EHS Management System Basic Requirements standard for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 related to organizational roles, leadership commitment, authority, competence, and awareness (described in section 3\.0 and 4\.11, EVAM\-LOS\-ST\-15\-01\-SA). * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, health, and energy management systems according to applicable standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, C\-TPAT, STPS, SEMARNAT, BOS documents. * In case of incidents, accidents, unsafe acts or conditions, report directly to Supervisor and/or Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator. * Participate in evaluation of accidents, illnesses, emergency response and ensure implemented actions as required. * Use personal protective equipment. * Know and apply specific customer requirements as needed.
