The position involves performing fundamental logistics tasks in an industrial warehouse environment. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, both manually and using specialized machinery, ensuring agile and safe handling of products during truck inbound and outbound processes. This work is essential for maintaining supply chain fluidity and requires constant attention to safety protocols to prevent accidents and material damage. Another core function is order preparation—commonly known as picking—which entails collecting and grouping items according to established orders or delivery notes. This process demands precision to ensure correct item references and quantities, thereby minimizing shipping errors and contributing to end-customer satisfaction. The role also includes final conditioning tasks such as strapping and palletizing, where packaging, securing, and stabilizing loads onto pallets are carried out for subsequent transportation, ensuring goods arrive at their destination in optimal condition. The work environment is characterized by the dynamic execution of daily logistics operations, where efficiency and meticulousness are key values. The professional plays a crucial role in the warehouse’s operational cycle, interacting with various cargo flows and collaborating with the team to meet productivity goals. Task rotation provides comprehensive insight into the entire logistics process—from receiving through to dispatch—fostering the development of practical competencies in inventory management and material handling. Own vehicle required for commuting to the workplace. Full-time availability to accommodate the indicated rotating shifts.
