Apply now and start growing with us in the logistics sector **Requirements:** --------------- Conditions: * Alternating Training Contract, on-site and part-time. * Minimum duration is 3 months, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years, with potential conversion to an indefinite contract at any time. * This contract enables you to work and train simultaneously. You will receive a salary from day one and, upon completion, earn an official qualification certificate. * Your working hours are divided between actual on-the-job work at the company and online theoretical training: + First year: Up to 65% of your maximum working hours will be dedicated to work; the remainder is allocated to online training. + Second year: Work time increases to up to 85% of your maximum working hours. * Your remuneration will be proportional to your actual working time. According to law: + First year: You will earn at least 65% of the salary stipulated in the collective agreement for your professional category. + Second year: You will earn at least 85%. * In all cases, your salary will never fall below the Statutory Minimum Wage (SMI), proportionally adjusted to your working hours.
