**Description:** ---------------- At El Rincón del Pan, we are seeking to hire an **Operations Technician** to work directly with the Department Director, supporting the daily monitoring and management of our store network. Above all, we seek **a solution-oriented, organized individual with initiative, analytical ability, and independent judgment.** We do not expect the person joining us to be fully familiar with our business or all internal processes from day one. Much of the role will be learned on the job. What we do seek is curiosity, reasoning ability, and enthusiasm for understanding how the business operates—gradually gaining greater autonomy and responsibility. ***WHAT WILL YOUR WORK INVOLVE?*** This is a multifaceted position combining **operations, business analysis, interaction with stores and suppliers, and department-specific administrative management.** Your key responsibilities will include: * Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and key business metrics. * Analyzing products, promotions, profitability, and commercial initiatives, preparing information to support decision-making. * Preparing and tracking periodic reports for our store network. * Managing and monitoring sales, incidents, and operational matters related to delivery and takeaway platforms. * Monitoring and tracking commercial agreements, rebates, and supplier terms. * Supporting the identification, negotiation, and onboarding of new products and suppliers. * Participating in product launches, campaigns, and Operations department projects. * Handling department-specific incidents and administrative tasks, coordinating with stores, suppliers, and other company departments. **WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY REALLY LOOK LIKE?** We aim to be transparent: **no two days will be identical, nor will every task carry the same analytical weight.** There will be times when you analyze product profitability, prepare data for decision-making, meet with suppliers, visit stores, or participate in launching a new project. And there will be other times when you update tracking records, prepare recurring communications, resolve incidents, or perform administrative tasks. **Both dimensions are integral to the role and essential for the department’s smooth operation.** Therefore, we seek someone comfortable with this combination—and eager to progressively understand the business, gain autonomy, and assume new responsibilities. ***WHAT DO WE OFFER?*** * Indefinite full-time contract * Salary: €25,000.00 gross per year * Working hours: 09:00–17:00 * 100% on-site work at our central offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife * Immediate start * Direct collaboration with the Operations Director * A cross-functional role offering exposure to various business areas: stores, sales, products, suppliers, analytics, and projects * Practical learning and direct insight into how a company with an extensive network of establishments operates * Opportunity to progressively acquire greater autonomy and responsibility within the Operations area If you are **curious, solution-oriented, organized, and proactive**, and are looking for a role through which you can understand how a business operates from the inside and actively contribute to its operations and development, **we would love to meet you.** **Requirements:** --------------- ***WHAT PROFILE ARE WE SEEKING?*** More than extensive professional experience or highly specialized expertise, we seek **potential, strong reasoning ability, and a positive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.** We will especially value: * University degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related fields * Proficiency in Excel and ease working with data * Analytical capability to interpret information, identify deviations, and draw conclusions * Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail * Initiative, autonomy, and ability to prioritize tasks * Sound judgment and practical orientation for analyzing and solving problems * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders * Interest in learning and understanding the business as a whole * Experience or knowledge of **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central** will be considered an advantage Prior experience in roles related to operations, retail, hospitality, administration, auditing, controlling, or business analysis will be valued, although extensive professional experience is not mandatory.
