Flexibility and work-life balance: intensive summer schedule and pre-holiday days. #### **Are you looking to build your career in Building Technical Control, participate in top-tier construction projects, and learn alongside highly experienced professionals?** At OCA Global, we aim to hire a Technical Architect to strengthen our Technical Control Body (TCB) team in the Balearic Islands. #### **Your purpose at OCA Global** Your mission will be to participate in the technical analysis and monitoring of building projects, contributing to the identification and control of construction risks throughout the various construction phases. You will collaborate with developers, contractors, technical directors, and engineering teams to verify proper project execution and compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards. You will join a specialized team in Building Technical Control, where you will progressively develop your technical judgment through mentoring by sector professionals with extensive experience. #### **Your main responsibilities** * Participate in the technical review of building projects and associated documentation. * Collaborate in the technical monitoring and control of construction works, verifying proper execution of various construction units. * Conduct on-site inspection visits to identify potential issues or construction risks. * Support the preparation of technical reports and TCB documentation. * Verify compliance with applicable technical regulations, especially the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). * Collaborate with technical directors, contractors, and developers to resolve technical issues identified during construction. * Participate in continuous improvement of internal technical control and quality processes. #### **What would we like to see in your profile?** * Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related field. * Initial experience, internships, or early-career exposure in construction sites, execution management, technical assistance, or construction quality control. * Knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). * Interest in pursuing a career within a Technical Control Body (TCB). * Strong technical analytical skills and attention to detail. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Proactive attitude, learning orientation, and commitment to quality. * Prior experience in TCB, Project Monitoring, Execution Management, or building technical consultancy is valued. #### **Why join our project?** At OCA Global, *how* we work is as important as *what* we do: * **Flat structure and agility:** decisions are made quickly, and you’ll have direct access to business leaders. * **Stability from day one:** permanent contract. * **Continuous technical learning:** you’ll work alongside industry specialists on highly relevant projects. * **Autonomy and trust:** we foster professional development and progressive assumption of responsibilities. * **Well-being and work-life balance:** * Monday–Thursday working hours: 08:30–18:00. * Friday intensive schedule: 08:30–15:30. * Intensive schedule in July, August, and pre-holiday days. * December 24 and 31 are free days. #### **Who we are** At OCA Global, we work to make this world safer, more sustainable, and more trustworthy.
