JOB DESCRIPTION
At **Kenos Technology**, we are looking for an **Integration Solutions Architect**, capable of connecting diverse technological worlds (**legacy and modern**) with secure, scalable, and efficient solutions. #### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Design and implement integration solutions (new projects or existing systems).
* Work hands\-on with engineering to ensure correct implementation, providing ongoing technical support and guidance.
* Define and govern integration architectures, ensuring interoperability between legacy and modern systems.
* Apply best practices in cloud integration (AWS), APIs, microservices, event\-driven, batch, security, and data.
* Lead technical workshops with architects, business, security, and data teams; challenge requirements and propose pragmatic solutions.
* Create and maintain integration artifacts (specifications, flow diagrams, design documents, etc.).
* Ensure secure, resilient solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
* Operate under formal governance, presenting designs and obtaining approvals.
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Data, and Security teams to ensure designs are understood, agreed upon, and delivered on time.
* Communicate complex concepts in English (C1\) to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Be proactive, flexible, and practical, driving integrations to success.
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience as an Integration Specialist, Solution Architect, or similar role (minimum 5 years).
* Demonstrable track record creating integration artifacts (architectures, data flows, security models, etc.).
* Experience with integration/architecture governance frameworks (presenting designs to committees).
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to explain complex topics simply.
* Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset.
* Mandatory C1 English (100% native English environment).
#### **DESIRABLE**
* Practical experience working with engineering teams.
* Large-scale transformation programs or banking migrations.
* Broad knowledge of: AWS (S3, EC2\), APIs (REST, SOAP), Kafka, middleware, batch/real\-time, security by design (authentication, encryption, key management), Data Lakes, data pipelines.
* Valuable: AI (RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases).
