Dynamic and collaborative working environment We are looking for a Specification Technician to join our Technical Department in Getafe. This position is aimed at technical professionals wishing to apply their expertise in the HVAC sector, working within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical specification of key components used in air distribution and regulation. This includes providing detailed technical consulting to engineering firms and construction companies to support the design of efficient air distribution systems. Interpreting technical drawings and documentation will be essential, and close collaboration with our team during the development and testing of new products will be required. A technical qualification (Technical Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree, or Higher Vocational Training) in Mechanical Installations, HVAC, or related fields is preferred. An initial fixed-term contract of 3+3 months will be offered, with potential conversion to an indefinite contract, full-time working hours, and a fixed schedule. Prior experience in the HVAC or installation sector, as well as proficiency with calculation tools, will be considered advantageous. A minimum English language proficiency level of B2 is required for technical communication. Technical qualification (Technical Engineering, Industrial Bachelor’s Degree, or Higher Vocational Training in Mechanical Installations, HVAC, or similar). Prior experience in the HVAC or installation sector is desirable. Knowledge of HVAC installations. Proficiency in Excel or other calculation tools (desirable). Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software (desirable). Minimum English proficiency level B2 (spoken and written). Strong technical communication skills. Personal vehicle is mandatory.
