We are expanding our **Generative Artificial Intelligence** team with a professional possessing extensive experience in software architecture and development, as well as applied Generative AI experience in software development. **Some of the services we provide:** * Application modernization co-piloted by Generative AI: A diagnosis and customized modernization plan for applications within a functional and technological ecosystem, assisted by AI, enabling accelerated processes and source-level diagnostics — directly from the code requiring modernization. * Generative AI training for internal and client development teams. * Client assessments analyzing real code to generate realistic, lower-risk migration plans. **What will be your mission in the project?** * Technical leadership in high-value services, supported by multidisciplinary profiles, with direct client interaction (e.g., strategic planning, architecture implementation, AS-IS TO-BE analysis, digital transformations, etc). * Advisory and support to clients in Generative AI areas (e.g., implementation process definition, alignment with regulatory and legal frameworks, PoCs, AI-powered solutions, MLOps, LLMs, training, etc). * Business support: project and service definition, end-to-end solution design and implementation, development of approaches/solutions, and evaluation of: partnerships, events, opportunities, and approaches/solutions. * Generative AI training for both internal and external clients. **Minimum Requirements** * **Minimum 8 years’ experience as a software/solution architect, including solution design, estimation, risk management, and enterprise solution implementation across diverse technologies.** * Experience working with **Generative AI** in software development. * Experience and ability to support commercial activities, deliver presentations, and defend proposed solutions. * Experience delivering training (highly valued). * B2 level English (highly valued). **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Remote work model**: Option to work from offices, always at the employee’s discretion. * **Flexible schedule**: Flexible hours (start at 8:30 AM, end at 6:00 PM), with intensive Fridays (8:00 AM–3:00 PM) and summer intensives (July and August: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM). * **Vacation days**: 22 vacation days + 2 discretionary days, plus December 24th and 31st off. * **Permanent contract**: From day one, with option of 12 or 14 annual payments. * **Flexible compensation**: Meal card, childcare voucher, private health insurance, training, and other tax-advantaged benefits. * **Advantage Club**: Discounts on technology, leisure, and training. * **Continuous training**: Access to Udemy Business, language courses, official certifications, and technical training. * **Career development plan**: Guidance for growth, specialization, or taking on new challenges. * **Holistic wellbeing**: Nutrition, physical activity, and emotional balance programs. * **Work-life balance \+ LIFE**: 24/7 personal and family assistance. * **Inclusive environment**: Diverse and multicultural workplace. * **Social events**: Activities to connect with the team. **Apply now and we’ll share more details!** Follow us here to stay updated on our latest news \-\> knowmad mood *At ***knowmad mood***, we are committed to equal opportunity and respect for diversity.
