We are seeking a graduate in Social Work to cover the temporary position of the social worker in the technical team of SPAAI Can Aguilera (Òdena). Main responsibilities: The technical team’s primary functions include documentary management, as well as assessment and diagnosis of children’s and adolescents’ situations, aiming to determine each case’s specific needs and propose the most appropriate protective measure. Requirements: • A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Social Work is mandatory. • Prior experience in childhood, adolescence, social services, or child protection will be valued. • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. • Capacity for analysis, assessment, and report writing. • Commitment to the care and protection of children and adolescents. • Own vehicle is mandatory to access the center. Conditions: • Workplace: SPAAI Can Aguilera (Òdena). • Working hours: 38 hours per week. • Remuneration: According to the Social Action Collective Agreement. • Immediate incorporation into a professional interdisciplinary team.
Some of the main responsibilities include: • Collecting and analyzing all information related to each case. • Examining, exploring, and assessing circumstances, family situations, and the needs of children and adolescents. • Participating in interdisciplinary case assessments. • Preparing interdisciplinary diagnostic reports. • Proposing, jointly with the professional team, the most appropriate protective measure for each child or adolescent. • Coordinating with various professionals and services involved in the case.
* Experience: 1 year. Experience in similar positions.
* Social work.
* Catalan (spoken: intermediate; written: intermediate).
* Driving license: B.
* Temporary employment contract (4 months).
* Full-time position.
* Gross monthly salary ranging from '2700' to '2800'.
* Additional relevant information: Own vehicle is mandatory to access the center.
