We are seeking a **Senior Conversational Solutions Architect/Architectess** with experience in **Google Dialogflow CX/CES**, to technically lead conversational automation projects across digital and voice channels. You will be responsible for defining solution architectures, coordinating integrations with corporate platforms, and ensuring the technical quality of developments—working closely with clients, analysts, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * Design and define conversational architectures on **Google Dialogflow CX/CES**, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions. * Lead integration of channels such as **WhatsApp and Voice** with Contact Center platforms (**Genesys**) and corporate systems such as **Salesforce** and **REST APIs**. * Make key technical decisions and ensure adherence to architectural best practices. * Supervise and support the analyst team, validating developments and deliverables prior to deployment. * Participate in agile ceremonies and jointly track the backlog with the client. * Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards. **Mandatory Requirements** * Over **5 years of experience** in **Contact Center** projects and conversational solutions. * Solid experience with **Google Dialogflow CX/CES**, including conversational assistant design, NLU, webhooks, and integration with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. * Experience integrating Contact Center platforms such as **Genesys Cloud** or similar. * Knowledge of **REST API** and **CRM** system integration, preferably **Salesforce**. * Ability to lead technical teams and communicate architectural decisions to both technical and business stakeholders. * **B2-level English** or higher. **Preferred Qualifications** * **Google Cloud** certifications (CCAI, Cloud Architect, or equivalents). * Experience with **Google Agent Assist**, **Vertex AI**, or **Gemini** applied to conversational use cases. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (**Scrum/Kanban**) and tools such as **Jira** and **Confluence**. * Experience in the **insurance or financial sectors**. * Knowledge of messaging platforms such as **WhatsApp Business API**, **Sprinklr**, or similar.
