Through our shared passion for technology, our entrepreneurial culture, and our focus on continuous learning, we will provide you with everything you need to do your best work and become your best self. **What will be your role?** ---------------------- * You will lead and coordinate the SAP QA team, promoting collaboration, professional development, and achievement of quality objectives. * You will define and oversee the testing strategy for SAP projects, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices. * You will manage the test lifecycle using specialized tools, ensuring traceability and tracking of results. * You will drive the definition and evolution of test automation frameworks. * You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify, analyze, and resolve software quality-related incidents. * You will monitor key quality indicators, produce reports, and propose improvement actions. * You will provide mentoring and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning. * Hybrid model with 3 days per week onsite in Sant Cugat (Barcelona). **Your profile** ------------- To thrive in this position, you should have: * A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Solid experience leading QA teams and participating in SAP implementation projects. * Experience in test automation and defining testing strategies. * Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. **It would be highly beneficial if you have:** * Experience with SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM. * Knowledge and experience with Tricentis Tosca. * Certifications related to software testing, automation, or quality methodologies.
