At Buzz, a digital creative agency with over 15 years of experience, we are seeking a Request Manager (Triage) to work in-house with one of our clients in the banking sector.
**Who are we looking for?**
A solution-oriented, organized individual with a strong service mindset. A versatile profile comfortable navigating between design, copywriting, and project management, capable of serving as the single point of entry for all requests and delivering agile responses without compromising quality or human-centered service.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage the centralized request inbox as the sole entry point.
* Address and resolve simple requests immediately—those not requiring specialized expertise.
* Categorize, prioritize, and route remaining requests to the appropriate specialist.
* Ensure traceability and tracking for each request.
* Maintain direct communication with various client stakeholders.
* Gather feedback and propose process improvements.
* Use internal task management tools to monitor and control tasks.
**Requirements**
* Hybrid profile grounded in design, copywriting, and light project management (PM).
* Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Dynamic, methodical, flexible, process-oriented, and service-driven personality.
* Prior experience in an agency or internal customer support environments is a plus.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Familiarity with the financial sector is highly valued.
