Formal qualifications are not mandatory for personnel with more than five years’ tenure in this position; in such cases, sufficient relevant experience (minimum 5 years) is the requirement. * Basic computer literacy. * Knowledge of measuring instruments (meters, converters, etc.). * Familiarity with the company’s quality, environmental, and safety policies. * Medical fitness certificate. * Additional valuable training: basic courses in quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); any other training related to the position or professional activity; forklift operator license; ATEX certification; working at heights; confined space work. * Valuable experience: shift work; prior experience in a similar role (verifiable).
