The position involves executing the centralized maintenance plan established by the client for railway rolling stock. Responsibilities focus on assembling and disassembling wagon components, working with mechanical elements and complex pneumatic systems. This includes handling brake systems, replacing bushings and bolts, as well as maintaining grease boxes. The professional will perform meticulous dimensional checks to ensure exact tolerances and proceed with appropriate greasing of components according to technical specifications. Precision and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential for the proper functioning and reliability of railway equipment. Working hours follow a structured Monday-to-Friday schedule, with workshop activities requiring constant attention to detail and order. The work environment demands careful handling of specialized tools and a deep understanding of assembly drawings. Preventive and corrective maintenance is an integral part of the role, ensuring all systems operate within established design parameters.
