Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineering professional for VP Upstream, responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of Oil&Gas projects, including contracts and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Manages Oil&Gas projects from visualization to definition. 2. Coordinates engineering, cost control, and scheduling in complex projects. 3. Administers contracts, purchase orders, and changes in assigned projects. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek an Engineering professional with experience in Oil\&Gas project and contract management to join VP Upstream. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** To coordinate project management within your scope across the visualization, conceptualization, and definition phases according to corporate methodology, managing, controlling, and ensuring achievement of project objectives. **What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?** * Define the project scope under your responsibility and ensure availability of Design Basis documents. * Coordinate engineering, cost control, and schedule control in accordance with the project execution strategy. Ensure consistency of interfaces among project stakeholders. * Monitor and control engineering progress, issue alerts, and manage changes. * Propose possible visualization scenarios and collaborate with the assigned engineering team to develop them, leveraging your knowledge of existing IISS (Integrated Information Systems) in the area. * Support Planning and Project Management in visualization exercises for the development of PE (Execution Plans), PA (Annual Plans), and the Upstream Portfolio. * Participate in meetings with partners from various UTEs (Temporary Joint Ventures). * Administer engineering contracts/purchase orders for assigned projects. Guarantee compliance with Contractor obligations as stipulated in Contracts/Purchase Orders. Manage claims and changes to contracts/purchase orders. * Define the project scope under your responsibility and ensure availability of Design Basis documents. * Coordinate engineering, cost control, and schedule control. Manage claims and changes to contracts/purchase orders. * Develop the Project/Block Execution Plan. * Participate in developing the Long Lead Items and materials Procurement and Contracting Plan, as defined by the strategy of assigned projects. * Participate in preparing technical specifications regarding scope definition of procurement and contractual/commercial guidelines, and in reviewing bids and proposals for awarding managed contracts. * Coordinate and ensure the closure process and lessons learned for projects managed under your responsibility. What Do We Value? * **Academic Qualification**: Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline * **Experience**: Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial construction project management * **Required Knowledge**: Knowledge of engineering and construction execution processes, contracting strategies, negotiation of contractual terms, procurement management, and risk management. **Position Information** **Work Location:** Torre YPF or Talero **Willingness to Travel:** Yes (Neuquén, Buenos Aires)
