If you have relevant experience and are passionate about the industrial environment, we would love to meet you. ***Your main responsibilities as a Production Operator within the department team will be:*** * Carry out production tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. * Ensure high-quality results in your own work stage. * Follow and apply established safety practices and instructions. * ️ Understand and apply key aspects of the job: safety, quality, and efficiency. * Maintain order and cleanliness (5S) in the work area. * Identify and report deviations, risks, and improvement ideas. * Contribute to continuous improvement within your own work area. ***What kind of person are we looking for?*** * ‍️ Minimum 2 years of work experience in a production or manufacturing environment. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. * A responsible, punctual, and proactive individual. * ️ Mindset aligned with the company’s safety and quality culture. * Proficiency in using digital tools. * Experience in the glass and/or aluminum sector is highly valued, especially hands-on experience with CNC machinery. ***What does Lumon offer you?*** * Permanent contract and Social Security registration. * Competitive salary system. * Full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday. * Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and, in the future, night. * Work tools, uniform, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Initial and ongoing training on products and factory processes. * Professional development and growth within a leading multinational company that offers stable employment and a positive working and learning environment. * A long-term project where you can develop both professionally and personally. * Belonging to an industry-leading company—we have spent over 45 years creating more space for life on people’s terraces and porches around the world.
